About Audrey:
Dr. Audrey Jade is a knowledgeable chiropractor who graduated cum laude from Lifewest Chiropractic College in 2013, from National Holistic Institute for massage in 2007, and from UC Santa Cruz in 2005. Her first position as a chiropractor was in the office of her mentor, Dr. Julie Orman. She then moved back to her hometown and opened a successful family practice in Ukiah, CA. Specializing in prenatal and pediatric care, Dr. Audrey worked closely with homebirth midwives to help patients have more comfortable pregnancies and easier births, as well as provided infant care for better nursing and development. While living in Ukiah, she commuted twice a week to Laytonville where she was the town chiropractor at Long Valley Health Center, and co-managed mostly elder patients with the clinic’s medical doctors.
Dr. Audrey followed her heart back to Oakland in 2021, where she started working alongside Dr. Kara at Waltz Family Chiropractic. She uses various techniques such as: diversified, drop-table, activator, and massage to help people of all ages and stages. She helps people with back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint pain, and other subluxations and neuromusculoskeletal issues. She also uses chiropractic to maintain good health and posture in order to prevent future injuries and surgeries. She has an intuitive touch and can match the amount of force with the needs of the patient. She is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is trained in Webster technique, which facilitates the turning of breech presentation though gentle chiropractic adjustments to the pelvis. Dr. Audrey is a lifelong athlete, and continues to train capoeira (martial arts) with her husband who is a Mestre/teacher. She lives in Oakland with her husband, kids, dog, cat, and goldfish. Dr. Audrey speaks Spanish and Portuguese. She loves her work, and looks forward to helping you and your family!”
