Foundation Training teaches us how to move better to feel better and who doesn’t want that! It is a series of postural corrective exercises that have been able to help people with all kinds of aches and pains stop the suffering and begin to move better in the world in a very short period of time. I will be working towards my 50 hours of student instructor teaching through small group classes and one-on-one sessions.
